Customer Success - Remote - Full Time

Who we are

At SuiteSpot, we are a PropTech company on a mission to transform how residential real estate is managed and operated at scale. Our award-winning SuiteSpot Maintenance and Capital SaaS solutions help our customers operate at scale by combining cutting-edge technology, enterprise support, and development agility in a best-in-class offering that we have come to be known for.

From day one, our work has been guided by four principles:

Who we need

As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful onboarding of new clients onto our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and a smooth transition for our customers. This involves understanding client requirements, configuring our software, managing data migration, and providing technical guidance.

What you will focus on

  • Client Onboarding: Manage the technical implementation process for new customers, from kickoff to go-live. Autonomously lead the end-to-end onboarding and project management for smaller-scale accounts, serving as the primary point of contact when a dedicated CSM is not assigned.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements, business needs, and workflows.
  • System Configuration: Configure and customize our SaaS platform to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Data Migration: Oversee data migration from customer systems to our platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Integration: Facilitate integrations with other customers systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) using APIs or other integration methods.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and support to customers throughout the implementation process.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during implementation and post-launch.
  • Technical Support: Respond to incidents and provide Level 2 technical assistance to end-users.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the implementation process, including configurations, and workflows.
  • Training: Conduct technical training sessions for customers to ensure they can effectively use our platform.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Product Development, to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve our implementation processes and methodologies.
  • Customer Retention: Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in partnership with our Sales and Customer Success teams.

Who you are

You quickly learn new technologies and explain software simply to customers. You understand complex needs and how our software can help. With excellent communication, you clearly convey ideas and actively listen. You prioritize effectively, constantly seek improvement, and are motivated by the success of others. A strong team player with integrity, you are confident and passionate about your impactful work. You are highly organized, possess a strong project management mindset, and comfortably pivot from technical expert to independent project leader when small accounts require it.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Experience with system configuration, data migration, and integration.
  • Proficiency in APIs, MongoDB/NoSQL databases, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), web technologies (HTML, CSS), etc.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing projects or client onboardings independently.

Help us maintain an inclusive culture.

We want anyone, anywhere to have the same chance and opportunity to build a life they love and that they are proud of. We are proactive in creating a belonging environment that anyone can be a part of. Thoughtful, data-driven decision-making is core to this success. We ask these questions to strengthen our practices by using data to identify and mitigate unconscious bias in our hiring process.

If you choose to answer them, the responses are ONLY used in aggregate to help us identify areas for improvement in our processes. Your responses, or your choice to prefer not to say, will not be associated with your application and will not in any way be used in the hiring decision. For one, that’s illegal, and we’re really not into breaking the law. Keep being awesome, and thank you for considering work at SuiteSpot.
